Sivan was born on May 19th, 1983 in Ashkelon.  Sivan's father is Reoven ראובן Bouskila (בוסקילה) and her mother is Naomi נעמי Bouskila (בוסקילה).  Her maternal grandparents were Meir מאיר Amzallag (אמזלג) ז"ל and Eisha עיישה Amzallag (אמזלג). She has a brother and four sisters, named Yair, Routi, Annat, Orna and Irit.  She is the youngest of the six children.
